Suggestions generated in the app are educational in nature and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a licensed medical professional.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the app lawfully and without attempting to interfere with service operations.
- Do not misuse automation, reverse engineer protected logic, or abuse infrastructure resources.
- Do not submit content that violates rights or applicable law.
4. Third-party infrastructure
To operate BedWhisper, we rely on specialized processors:
- OpenAI for AI response generation based on user input.
- OneSignal for push notification delivery.
- Singular for attribution and campaign analytics.
Service quality may depend on availability of these providers. Temporary outages, maintenance, or interruptions can impact specific app features.
5. Data model and identity boundaries
BedWhisper is not designed as a social network. Users do not exchange personal information with each other in the app. The developer does not intentionally collect direct personal identity records for resale or profiling.
6. Intellectual property
The BedWhisper brand, design, copy, and app functionality are property of Club Connect LTD unless otherwise stated. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal purposes.
7. Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." Club Connect LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the app.
8. Termination and updates
