BedWhisper is built around a simple principle: you should learn from your nights without sacrificing your identity. We do not create personal profiles for sale, and we do not ask users to exchange personal data with each other.
1. Scope
This policy applies to BedWhisper, provided by Club Connect LTD. It explains what technical data may be processed so the app can deliver guidance, notifications, and performance measurement.
2. Data we process
We do not intentionally collect direct identifiers such as your legal name, home address, or passport data.
- App and device level identifiers (for example, an installation identifier or advertising-style unique ID).
- Technical diagnostics, such as app version, language, time zone, and basic device characteristics.
- Sleep coaching interaction content you choose to provide during evening and morning sessions.
- Notification token used to deliver push reminders.
3. Why this data is used
- To generate personalized coaching responses and suggestions.
- To deliver push reminders and continuity prompts.
- To understand product reliability and improve core sleep guidance quality.
- To measure campaign attribution and app performance in aggregate form.
4. Third-party services
BedWhisper uses service providers that process limited data on our behalf. Their use is purpose-bound to the app functionality described above.
- OpenAI: processes submitted prompt content to generate coaching replies. We use this to provide meaningful, contextual guidance.
- OneSignal: processes push token and delivery metadata so reminders can reach your device.
- Singular: processes technical attribution and measurement events to understand install and campaign effectiveness.
5. OpenAI data boundaries
BedWhisper sends only the minimum text required to generate a coaching response. This typically includes your typed check-in text (evening or morning), selected routine context, and short instruction text that helps the model respond in a useful format.
- We do not require your real name to generate AI responses.
- We do not send your contacts, photos, camera media, or address book data to OpenAI.
- We do not provide payment card details to OpenAI through BedWhisper flows.
- We do not run user-to-user message transfer through OpenAI.
AI processing is used only to produce sleep coaching output requested by the user. If text includes sensitive personal details, it is because the user entered them voluntarily in free-text fields.
6. Data sharing model
Users do not transmit personal data to each other in BedWhisper. We do not run social feeds or user-to-user data exchange features. Data is processed to operate the app experience and maintain service quality.
7. Retention
Data is retained only as long as operationally required for support, security, legal compliance, and product improvement. Retention windows may vary by data category and service provider obligations.
8. Your controls
- You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
- You may request support regarding your data by contacting us.
- You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Security note
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No digital service can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously improve safeguards.
