Rules for a creative playground

Effective date: 20 April 2026. By using aLotBall, you agree to these terms. The app is made to help users explore creative ball concepts through text prompts and optional image uploads in a lightweight, inspiration-first workflow.

Service scope

aLotBall generates visual ball ideas for concept exploration and inspiration.
Generated content may vary because AI-based systems produce probabilistic results.
The app can use Singular and OneSignal for attribution and messaging support.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and do not upload materials that violate rights or applicable law.
Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app's normal operation.
You are responsible for how you use generated concepts outside the app.

Content and responsibility

You keep responsibility for the prompts and images you provide. aLotBall does not function as a user-to-user platform, and the developer does not run a public exchange of user files. Generated outputs are offered "as is" for creative ideation.

Availability and updates

Features, generation limits, and app behavior may change over time to improve quality, safety, or performance. The developer may update these terms when required by product evolution or legal obligations.
